This qualification is an enhanced level 4 and includes the units within the Level 4 Certificate. It is a combination of specialist fire safety areas including:
- Premises under construction, demolition or alteration
- Fire safety regulation including enforcement and prosecution
- Fire safety building regulations and guidance
It is aimed at those in an enforcing role and those from the private sector in roles such as Facilities Management or Building Control Officers.

Whats involved?
The qualification is made up of 4 mandatory modules incorporating the three modules that make up the Level 4 Certificate, plus one optional module ‘Drafting Enforceable Documents’. The total duration is a minimum of 25 days classroom training plus self study and distance learning equivalent.

Are accreditation and examination fees included?
Yes – course accreditation fees and certification fees are included in the course price.
I have a physical disability, what facilities do you have?
Our training centre in Chorley is fully accessible with the main training room located on the ground floor. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor and a wheelchair accessible lift to the first floor.
I have dyslexia, or other needs, is there any support available?

Is lunch provided?
Yes, within the cost of the course there is a buffet lunch, hot and cold drinks and biscuits for those attending in person.
What payment plan options are available?
If you would prefer to split the payment for this course you can pay in 2 or 3 instalments, as long as the final payment is made before you take the exam. Please call our admin team who can set this up for you.
