Level 4 Fire Safety Inspector

Individual employers will set their own selection criteria for this apprenticeship. Typically an apprentice might be expected to have achieved or working towards 5 GCSEs A* to C including English and Maths as well as having knowledge to Level 1 equivalent for commonly used office computer applications.
The occupation of Fire Safety Inspector can be found in the Fire and Rescue sector. The fire and rescue sector is formed of three elements, prevention, protection and response.

Students will have the option at the end of their qualification to take the NEBOSH Fire Certificate exam. (Exam costs are not included).
End Point Assessment will consist of 3 elements:
- Knowledge test
- Practical assessment
- Professional discussion
Full support will be provided to candidates during the Gateway period at the end of their Apprenticeship to prepare them for this End Point Assessment.
£11000 paid via the apprenticeship service account.
Employer contribution is 5% or £550 (only payable by employers who do not pay the apprenticeship levy)
This is an apprenticeship so is funded through the Employers apprenticeship account. To satisfy the ESFA funding rules the following information must be provided by both parties.
